Mobile Library

The mobile library project aims to improve reading skills of Grade 3 students who are slow learners, and to create a reading habit among people in the Putsor commune.

This project is implemented by a team of high school students, mentored by Green Umbrella staff. They run this project every Sunday from the middle of September 2017 to July 2018. The project includes two primary activities: teaching slow learners in Grade 3 and organizing the mobile library in three different villages (out of a total of 11 villages) in the Putsor commune.

Activity 1: Teaching Khmer reading to slow learners from 7.30am to 8.30am.

Activity 2: Mobile library opens from 8.30am to 10.00am.
